Established in 2015, maxnik develops esthetically driven real estate projects in the greater Los Angeles area. Together with our partner firm in Switzerland, we have achieved 25 years of successful real estate project experience and created a diversified real estate portfolio in both countries. 

Our hard-earned expertise in combination with our broad international network, enables us to identify interesting opportunities at an early stage and pursue them consistently with a focused strategy. maxnik is excited to continue our growth in the Los Angeles market and create sustainable value for future investors and shareholders.

Andre Hunkeler
CEO and President of the Board

Swiss born Andre Hunkeler founded his first company in 1995 after completing architectural studies in Switzerland and grad school in Los Angeles at the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Since then, Andre has worked in real estate development, architecture and project management, creating an impressive portfolio comprised of many successful completed projects. Today, the Hunkeler group employs 40 people at various locations and continues to create sustainable value for clients and shareholders.
